如何探索峇峇娘惹文化 - “娘惹Babi Pongteh”

Hope you will like it 话说Babi Pongteh是来自马六甲,同时这道菜肴是娘惹家庭里的必要菜肴之一。为什么这样谁呢 ?这是因为每年过年过节家里长桌上都会有Babi Pongteh这道菜肴。所以在马六甲娘惹家庭里,每位娘惹都会烹饪这道菜肴“Babi Pongteh".  It is call Babi Pongteh is from Malacca, and this dish is one of the necessary dishes in the Nyonya family. Why i said so ? This is because Babi Pongteh will be served on the long table when festive and Chinese New Year. Every Nyonya will know cook this dish "Babi Pongteh", for every Peranakan family. 好~我来解释如何烹饪Babi Pongteh的步骤。 材料: 1. 三层肉 ~ Pork Belly 2. 蒜头 ~ Garlic 3. 小洋葱 ~ shallot  4. 花菇 ~  Mushroom 5. 马铃薯 ~ Potato 6. 碎豆酱 ~  Crushed Bean Paste 做法 : 1. 先把三层肉,切小块。把蒜头+小洋葱搅碎。同时也花菇和马铃薯都切小块, First cut the pork belly into small pieces. blend the garlic + shallot.
