未开始讲解Ang Ku Kueh的用意,Ang Ku Kueh(红龟糕)也是常见在巴刹里华人档里摆卖糕点。Ang ku Kueh经常是用来初一,十五祭拜。同时也是结婚+满月时会有的糕点。Ang Ku = 红旺,是喜事的代表~Ang Ku Kueh里的馅料通常是绿豆,可是现代的改变有些Ang Ku Kueh馅料会改成椰丝。也有时把Ang ku的红色外皮,改成绿色,紫色,橙色等等。所以Ang Ku Kueh在峇峇娘惹家庭也会看到,因为峇峇娘惹们也时保留了华人文化。用Ang ku kueh来祭拜神明和祖先。
Before explaining the purpose of Ang Ku Kueh, Ang Ku Kueh (red tortoise cake) is also commonly sold in Chinese stalls in the market. Ang ku Kueh is often used to pray on first day of month and fifteenth day of the chinese calendar. At the same time, it is also a cake that you will have when you get married + full moon. Ang Ku = Hongwang, is the representative of happy events~ The fillings in Ang Ku Kueh are usually mung beans, but some modern changes will change some Ang Ku Kueh fillings to coconut shreds. Sometimes the red skin of Ang ku is changed to green, purple, orange and so on. Therefore, Ang Ku Kueh will be seen in the Baba Nyonya family too, because the Baba Nyonya also retains the Chinese culture from time to time. Use Ang ku kueh for praying gods and ancestors.

这次就跟大家说说如何做娘惹糕点(Ang Ku Kueh)~那就是人人都知道的“Ang Ku Kueh". 要如何做出美味又可口的Ang Ku Kueh, 那就要看以下的做法了~
This time I will tell you how to make Nyonya Pastry (Ang Ku Kueh)~ that is known as "Ang Ku Kueh". How to make delicious and delicious Ang Ku Kueh depends on the following methods Up

馅料材料:

1. split mung beans (豆瓣)

2. sugar (白糖)

3. sweet potatoes starch or wheat starch (雪粉 澄粉)

4. cooking oil (食用油)

5. pandan leaves (optional) (香兰叶


 香兰外皮材料:

1.  Glutinous rice flour (糯米粉)

2.Cold water (冷水)- Agar-Ager

3.      Pandan leaves (香兰叶)

4.      Castor sugar (细砂糖)

5.      Cooking oil (食用油)


做做法:

     1. 首先把馅料都放进搅拌机,搅拌一起

First put all the fillings into the blender and blend them together

     2. 把外皮材料,倒进较大的大盆,然后慢慢加进温水的同时要一直搅拌成泥

Pour the outer skin material into a larger pot, then slowly add warm water while stirring until it becomes pure

     3. 然后就把做好的馅料,凑成圆形备用。之后把做好的外皮按成圆形,然后放进馅料+包起来  

Then put the prepared fillings together into a round shape and set aside. Then press the finished outer skin into a circle, then put the filling + wrap it up

     4. 把凑成圆形用Ang Ku模来盖出Ang Ku Kueh的图案,之后蒸15分钟

Make it into a circle and use an Ang Ku mold to cover the Ang Ku Kueh pattern, then steam for 15 minutes

     5. 好了图上一层油就完成啦~Ok, the picture is finished with a layer of oil~



只要很简单的材料就可以做出好好吃的Ang Ku Kueh.
  主要的是Ang Ku Kueh加上峇峇娘惹陶瓷和小Kamcheng,有加上Sarong式的餐桌布那就是完美了。
