哈哈哈~今天是元宵节，同时也是农历正月十五也是农历新年的尾声了。话说闹元宵是如何的闹呢？让我一一的为你们解释吧~

         元宵节抛柑来源是由峇峇娘惹祖籍福建的未婚娘惹们开始“抛好柑，嫁好鞥”。如今已演变成单身男女的情人节，他们会把自己的电话号码写在柑上然后就抛出去~

          同时也希望捞到一段好姻缘~ 除了抛柑之外，还有花灯观赏和猜灯谜。除了华人的抛柑仪式，在峇峇娘惹Chap Goh Mei也是年轻的娘惹们可是走出家里门槛到海边或河边去抛柑。在17和18世纪，娘惹们是一年里365天都不可以踏出大门一步。因为娘惹要打理家务和烹饪，所以娘惹们的青春都献给了家务和烹饪~ 到了19世纪，峇峇娘惹家族改变思想也是因为时代的改变导致思想也跟着改变，所以在1920年开始年轻娘惹们会在华人农历十五元宵节晚上，也是月亮正圆时，海峡的华人和娘惹们便会聚合在旧关子角。最期待的是年轻娘惹们就会亮相到旧关子角，这时是年轻有为的男子展开认识和追求娘惹们的好机会了~这些娘惹们会从车子里走到海边去抛柑许愿期望可以找到好归宿~ 所以Chap Goh Mei“十五晚也是有抛柑，花灯观赏和猜灯谜的仪式和历史。我们要好好保留下去我们的文化给下一代有个们好的记忆和文化的回忆~

           同时Chap Goh Mei也是要吃峇峇娘惹们传统的甜品，是什么甜品呢？就是Pengat Pisang. Pengat Pisang 的材料跟Bubur Cha Cha差不多，可是Bubur Cha Cha是不会放香蕉而 Pengat Pisang是会放香蕉。

At the same time, Chap Goh Mei also wants to eat the traditional dessert of Baba and Nyonya. What kind of dessert is it? It is Pengat Pisang. The ingredients of Pengat Pisang are similar to Bubur Cha Cha, but Bubur Cha Cha does not contain bananas while Pengat Pisang does.

材料：

1. 水
2. 香草
3. 马六甲椰糖
4. 芋头，番薯，甜薯
5. 椰汁 + 少点盐

只要很简单的材料就可以煮出好好吃的Bubur Cha Cha.
最主要的是Bubur Cha Cha 加上峇峇娘惹陶瓷和小Kamcheng，有加上Sarong式的餐桌布那就是完美了。
