话说"Asam Pedas Ikan Pari"是来自峇峇娘惹家庭,同时这道菜肴是娘惹家庭里的必要菜肴之一。为什么这样说呢 ?这是因为每年过年过节家里长桌上都会有Asam Pedas Ikan Pari这道菜肴。所以在峇峇娘惹家庭里,每位娘惹都会烹饪这道菜肴“Asam Pedai Ikan Pari". 我的记忆里阿嫲有煮过Asam Pedas Ikan Pari, 是酸甜辣的古早味道。自从阿嫲去世了,就没有几乎吃到阿嫲的Asam Pedas Ikan Pari。所以今天就跟妈妈一起煮Asam Pedas Ikan Pari. 味道还不错酸甜辣都有,同时也接近阿嫲的古早味。It is said that "Asam Pedas Ikan Pari" comes from the Baba Nyonya family, and this dish is one of the necessary dishes in the Nyonya family. Why do you say this way ? This is because the dish Asam Pedas Ikan Pari will be on the tok panjang at home every Chinese New Year. So in the Baba Nyonya family, every Nyonya will cook this dish "Asam Pedai Ikan Pari". In my memory, my grandma once cooked Asam Pedas Ikan Pari, which is the taste of sweet and sour. Since Grandma passed away, I haven't almost eaten Grandma's Asam Pedas Ikan Pari from outside. So today I cook Asam Pedas Ikan Pari with my mother. The taste is not bad, it has sweet and sour, and almost close to the my grandma taste.


好~我来解释如何烹饪Asam Pedas Ikan Pari的步骤。
材料:
1. 小洋葱 ~ shallot
2. 黄姜 ~ turmeric
3. 辣椒干 ~ Dry Cili
4. 蒜头 ~ Garlic
5. laksa 叶 ~ Laksa leaves
6. laksa 花 ~ Laksa flower
7. 番茄 ~ Tomato
8. 羊角豆 ~ Lady Finge                                            9. 魔鬼鱼 ~ Stingray
                                                                                    10. Asam水 ~ Asam Water


做法 :
1. 把小洋葱,黄姜,辣椒干,蒜头一起打碎成泥,然后拿去爆香。
 ~Crush the shallots, turmeric, dried chili, and garlic into a puree, then saute until fragrant.

2. 爆香后把番茄,laksa花,laksa叶,放下去一起煮,
~After sautéing, put the tomatoes, laksa flowers, laksa leaves, and cook together.

3. 之后,放羊角豆,鱼和Asam水。就可以上桌了。
~After that, put lady fingers, fish and Asam water. Ready to serve.

之后就成为美味好吃的佳肴Asam Pedas Ikan Pari,同时加上一碗白饭一起吃更加一流。Afterwards, it becomes the delicious Asam Pedas Ikan Pari, which is even more superb when eaten with white rice.
