Why i said so ? This is because Babi Pongteh will be served on the long table when festive and Chinese New Year.  大家好， 谢谢大家浏览我的专栏。 如有什么意见，可以留下意见。我会在短期里回复你。 ~祝大家新年快乐，恭喜发财，牛年行大运2021~ 哈哈哈~今天是元宵节，同时也是农历正月十五也是农历新年的尾声了。话说闹元宵是如何的闹呢？让我一一的为你们解释吧~                元宵节抛柑来源是由祖籍福建的大马未婚女子开始“抛好柑，嫁好鞥”。如今已演变成单身男女的情人节，他们会把自己的电话号码写在柑上然后就抛出去~                       希望捞到一段好姻缘~ 除了抛柑之外，还有花灯观赏和猜灯谜。除了华人的抛柑仪式，在峇峇娘惹Chap Goh Mei也是年轻的娘惹们可是走出家里门槛到海边或河边去抛柑。在17和18世纪，娘惹们是一年里365天都不可以踏出大门一步。因为娘惹要打理家务和烹饪，所以娘惹们的青春都献给了家务和烹饪~ 到了19世纪，峇峇娘惹家族改变思想也是因为时代的改变导致思想也跟着改变，所以在1920年开始年轻娘惹们会在华人农历十五元宵节晚上，也是月亮正圆时，海峡的华人和娘惹们便会聚合在旧关子角。最期待的是年轻娘惹们就会亮相到旧关子角，这时是年轻有为的男子展开认识和追求娘惹们的好机会了~这些娘惹们会从车子里走到海边去抛柑许愿期望可以找到好归宿~ 所以Chap Goh Mei“十五晚也是有抛柑，花灯观赏和猜灯谜的仪式和历史。我们要好好保留下去我们的文化给下一代有个们好的记忆和文化的回忆~                        同时Chap Goh Mei也是要吃峇峇娘惹们传统的甜品，是什么甜品呢？就是Pengat Pisang. Pengat Pisang 的材料跟Bubur Cha Cha差不多，可是Bubur Cha Cha是不会放香蕉而 Pengat Pisang是会放香蕉。 材料： 1. 水 2. 香草 3. 马六甲椰糖 4. 芋头，番薯，甜薯 5. 椰汁 + 少点盐 6. 木薯粉造成的QQ 7. 香蕉 只要很简单的材料就可以煮出好好吃的Bubur Cha Cha. 最主要的是Bubur Cha Cha 加上峇峇娘惹陶瓷和小Kamcheng，有加上Sarong式的餐桌布那就是完美了。

大家好， 谢谢大家浏览我的专栏。 如有什么意见，可以留下意见。我会在短期里回复你。 ~祝大家新年快乐，恭喜发财，牛年行大运2021~ 哈哈哈~对不起迟来的农历新年篇，因为新年期间我相信大家都忙着办年货和打扫除；我也不例外，所以搞到现在才得空写blog。               农历新年，是华人的大日子也是一年一度的节庆。在农历新年的来临大家都会忙着办年货，除制止外就是大扫除了，术语说“大扫除是代表了除旧迎新，除掉坏运气迎进好运气” 。之后就会装饰家里挂上红布和春联等待新年的到来。              农历新年也不只是华人在庆祝，同是也峇峇娘惹们的农历新年。可是峇峇娘惹们农历新年大致上都跟华人的农历新年一样，唯有不一样的是除夕当天娘惹要准备祭祖贡品有糕点，水果和祭祖塔。到了祭祖时辰，家里最老辈(Mama)就要前来端茶和上香给祖先。之后要把大门关上，一家大小在家里就开始吃团圆饭。之后大大小小就会在客厅里有说有笑，同时也会来一碗龙眼+白果甜品，俗语说新的一年要有甜，只会整年就会甜甜密密。              到了大年初一的早上大门是由老辈来打开，是因为这是给老辈(Mama)一个大祝福也把大年初一的信息送出去给子子孙孙们。然后子子孙孙们都穿上新年衣峇峇们会穿上的Batik或唐装，而娘惹们会穿上亮眼的Nyonya Kebaya + Sarong。之后会一个一个后辈会下跪在长辈们的面前向他们祝福 = 如“身体健康(Sihat lama-lama)，长命百岁(Umor Panjang-Panjang)，等等”。说完了祝福语Mama就会给红包了。。            可惜的是由年代的进步和先进的时代，这样的传统都不容易看到了。同时年轻一代的峇峇娘惹们都没有在练习这传统的习俗。我相信久而久之这样的传统就会慢慢的失传。                                                   ~: 大家要保留峇峇娘惹传统习俗 :~
